Ginger Turmeric Tea with Rosemary is the perfect comforting anti inflammatory drink to sip today! Follow along to read about the many benefits of adding rosemary to your comforting tea! We are loving tea lattes lately, in fact, here’s a recipe for a lovely London fog latte.

This is one of our favorite healthy teas because it starts with Turmeric. Turmeric, is a favorite for your cozy golden milk lattes too!

Health Benefits of Rosemary

  • Rosemary is rich in calcium, iron, and vitamin B-6

Rosemary Turmeric Tea as an Anti-Inflammatory Feel Good Treat!

Bring these two together for a very delicious tea! We love to start with the Ginger Turmeric Tea that they carry at Trader Joe’s. If you don’t have that, not to worry, you could start by brewing any lemon ginger tea, ginger tea, or turmeric tea. After you steep the tea, you can mix in a quarter teaspoon turmeric powder. Then mash up some rosemary with a mortar and pestle or chop it up and put it in your loose tea holder! If you don’t have one, then you can certainly just put in the washed rosemary branch. The point is, you don’t want a bunch of pine needles in your tea ;).

Some great add on’s to this tea:

We love to add about a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and then a little bit of Cinnamon! Cinnamon is also wonderfully anti-inflammatory, and the tea will really start to taste like hot apple cider. For a kick, and to promote better healthy you can add a bit of Cayenne Pepper, but skip it if you don’t like spicy. And if that’s the case, you’ll want to go a little lighter on the apple cider vinegar too!
