Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies: Method and ingredients
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Dry ingredients (whisk together)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flower
1/2 Cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Wet ingredients (mix together)
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Purée
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, then add about a half cup of chocolate chips!
Stir in a quarter to a half a cup of chocolate chips
Scoop with an ice cream scoop or two spoons onto a silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes!
