There’s nothing like a cookie with your morning coffee, or an afternoon treat with tea. But, one you feel just fine about eating? That’s really something to smile about. These no guilt chocolate chip cookies are an all time favorite. Even non-healthy cookie enthusiasts will enjoy them. Believe us, we’ve tested this out!

The recipe for these healthy chocolate chip cookies is so simple. Healthy chocolate chip cookies are quick to make, and perhaps the best thing is that these are refined sugar and butter free chocolate chip cookies. Just a hint of olive oil, which is actually GOOD for you, some agave nectar, which is a super choice when it comes to natural sweeteners, an egg to hold it together, and a few tablespoons of peanut butter for consistency and protein.

Method and ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees

Dry Ingredients

Just mix together your flour of choice with 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup flour (any kind you like)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix up your wet (note, nothing here is bad for you) ingredients. Be certain to whisk until you get the peanut butter completely blended in!

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

Pour your dry ingredients slowly into the wet, and then add your chocolate chips!

  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Scoop with a mid sized ice cream scoop, and press down slightly. Then bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
