It’s a pretty challenging but fast barre workout today for legs, shoulders, and abs. Yes! Abs, are a difficult finale, and oh so worth it! We start with a plié on Demi pointe warm up, then we move to some shoulder strengthening moves with weight transfers en plié. After further extension work, we will delve into some of our more challenging ab work. Come on friends, let’s make it count!
