We begin the workout with half roll backs and some intense ab work! Variations with our arms will give an added challenge. Up next we have elbow to knees as we take on froggie crunches – an extra efficient favorite! With our light free weights, we’ll enjoy shoulder and arm work and target cores simultaneously. We know, you high achievers like to get more than one muscle group at once. Following that section of the Pilates workout, we will again take our resistance bands and work our outer thighs and hips. This is great for IT bands, and balanced, especially if you like to do other sports. The last section is all about abs as we tackle floating scissors. To finish, we will stretch our spines, and voila! Workout finished and don’t you feel proud of yourself? You’ve worked you abs, shoulders, cores, and legs!
