There is no equipment required for this Pilates workout on the mat. It is set to lovely piano, and will target full body!

We will begin with enjoyable spine stretches as we warm up our backs and upper bodies. Reach those arms and leg far away in extension through this initial warm up! Next we’ll warm up our obliques a bit, twisting through our cores with the image of an upright washing machine. That is followed by lots of core with curl ups, and leg variations.

23 Minutes to Focus on Strength and Extension

This calm shoulder section begins with our Barre style holds and pulses, then we move to more goal post work. Up next, it’s to the floor for flys as we address our chests and the frontal arm region. This section includes a few really fun variations too.
