Here’s the Pilates mat workout rundown:

  1. We start with a great core warm up and spine stretch
  2. It’s a multi-tasker for core and shoulders with roll backs including light weights
  3. Follow it with goal post work using free weights
  4. Up next, we will have a super abs section that REALLY works that core!
  5. It’s inner thigh time. These are some of the best isolation exercises to work our inner thighs
  6. This next section might harken back to some of your ballet days, with developés on the mat
  7. Lastly, we will have a plan and push up combination!
