All you need for the workout are some light free weights, and a barre or a chair for balance. A mat will make the floor work a breeze too.

We begin this 45 Minute Balanced Barre Workout for Thighs, Arms, Shoulders, and Abs by warming up our legs and rolling through our foot muscles. Next up, we work our glutes and hamstrings with an arabesque series at the barre.

Pick up those light free weights and multitask with great thigh work at the barre. After much more leg work on relevé, and further dégagé, we come down to the mat, and focus on our shoulders and abs, obliques, and then we have one more section to work our glutes and hamstrings further, and finish with foundational holds, and finally some wonderful stretches.
