Go for a Balanced Based Bareless Barre Workout challenge in order to focus on leg strength and balance! We start out with some work standing just on one leg, and we focus on honing balance on our standing legs. Next as we continue our Barre workout, we enjoy some waist toning with a warm up just reaching en pliƩ to each side and elongating through our waists.

A yoga inspired section follows. Keep the second position plies low and really change your thigh strength! We know that planks are a fabulous way to hone core strength, and in this workout, we have a section of lovely variations, switching legs, and stretching up. We even have scapula shrugs in order to address our upper backs so that we can achieve beautiful posture, yes please! At this point we’re about halfway through the workout and we will transition into some single leg extensions in a bird dog position.

Balance Based Barreless Barre Workout Challenge: A challenging plank variation finale!

Those will then shift into quick circles and reaches to work the back of our workout leg. Remember to keep your body as steady as you can while doing this! Up next it’s really quick Pilates push ups with signs leg extensions. They are fast and fab! Side planks follow, with some pulses to target your waist. Strong plank with leg switches will follow – they are an amazing way to finish a challening workout strongly! Way to go on your balanced barreless barre workout!
