We begin our “fierce arms and abs Pilates mat” with roll ups, an amazing way to warm up our cores and stretch our spines. A seriously “feel good” way to begin a workout. Reach and lengthen as you stretch through the moment, and work on tightening your core on the exhale. Next we challenge our abs a little further, with 45 degree backstrokes! Pick up your light free weights for shoulder toning next. The last section brings challenging ab work with attention toward our obliques, lower and mid abdominal muscles. Teasers or teaser preps serve as a finale, and we end completely with lovely hamstring stretches.
