This Full Body Barre Beautiful workout begins with a leg warm up, with nice deep pliĆ©s. Then we move to curtsey cross with tipping so that we engage our waists. Pick up your free weights next as we tone our biceps, and later our upper backs. Moving down to the mats, we will next stretch our our achilles and hamstrings a bit with downward dog. But, don’t get too comfortable, because we will turn that downward dog into some beautifully challenging plank variations. This workout ends with abs and a quick hamstring stretch!
