Enjoy this Dynamic Training Barre with Balance Circuit! We start out with an energetic warm up reaching from planks to planked pliƩs. We next take part in a lovely spine stretching sequence that simply feels so good! That is followed by a standing barre sequence where we focus on working our waists as we curtsy cross.

Pick up your light free weights as we work our arms and shoulders, and then challenge ourselves with a balance sequence. It’s SO vital to focus on great balance, and all of those small muscles. You will be amazed at how you can hone better balance over time!
