That “back to school” feeling brings such a great energy, and it’s the perfect time to set your intensions with this Fittbe Weekly Workout Plan. This week we’re applying energy to our sunny attitudes, and our Fittbe Pilates & Barre Challenge for the week! All members are invited to roll out their mats and make the most of these targeted and intense Pilates & Barre workouts. For this week we have mostly Pilates, and just a little bit of Barre, so it’s time to make it count.
We often find that a short workout can be even more effective than a longer one. That’s because we seem to really “give it our all,” knowing that there is an end in sight. With Pilates, quality really does reign over quantity. When we focus on quality, and the mind-body connection we really do get more out of each exercise.
