This “tighten head to toe” upbeat Pilates workout is a fast paced, high intensity workout. We will use light free weights through the workout for an added challenge. 

We will be on the mat for the whole session! The workout starts out with a nice stretch section which quickly becomes a bit of a barre inspired workout as we pulse through some subsequent stretches. Then, the high intensity pilates workout moves to swift leg work with fast twitch leg lifts and more waist work, reaching and elongating. Aah, it feels so good to push your body and reap the benefits! 

Elevated bird dogs will target your arms, glutes, hamstrings, and core at the same time. We’re very dynamic as we continue through this sequence! Up next we have a modified challenging plank section, followed by lifting our free weights to target our biceps and triceps and shoulders.

No Fittbe workout would be complete without a super challenging ab section, so that’s the finale folks! All areas of abs, done and done.
