Work those arms in this “not Pilates” 5 LB weights challenge which also targets shoulders. We start with arm circles which really warms up those shoulders. Next we pick up light free weights for a series of hammer curls to reach our biceps. Next we balance that out by focusing on opposing muscle, triceps.
