Weighted Wellness Boost Pilates is a dynamic, at-home session. You can incorporate light weightier ankle weights into signature Fittbe Pilates exercises, or you can just focus on the weight of your own body and moving with control. Imagine battements and extensions, arm sculpts (that’s what we feature in this lovely new workout), and full-body blends—all amplified with resistance to target muscles more intensely. (Note, you can always choose do do the workout without the weight. In Fittbe, we often use nice light weights!

This isn’t about heavy lifting—it’s intelligent progression:

  • Light weights (1-3 lbs) keep the focus on precision, breath, and alignment.
  • Pilates principles (control, centering, concentration) stay front and center.
  • Sessions range from quick 10-20 minute boosts to dedicated 30+ minute workouts.

Perfect for all levels: Beginners start with bodyweight modifications, while intermediate/advanced users add resistance for that extra burn and sculpt.
