It’s all about the classics in this Pilates core mat session. Welcome to your Classic Pilates Mat Workout in 17 Minutes where you don’t need any equipment. Work your abs, and core, enjoying a few stretches along the way. Also targets hamstrings and glutes. Pretty challenging!

We will start out with some hip stretches, and move to classic core work in our tabletop position. Up next we will work our hamstrings and glutes with bridges, both single and double leg. After a quick engagement of our triceps, we move to plank work, engaging the whole body! It is always important to work the opposing moves, so we’ll face the mat next, and address our hamstrings, glutes, and even focus again on arm engagement. That is followed by at abtastic finale, with some challenging Pilates classic exercises like scissors. Let’s bring our best, and enjoy this one, friends!
