Loaded with antioxidants, vitamin c, fiber, this creamy blueberry raspberry smoothie is a real healthy treat!

Serves 2 generous portions, double it up if you need! 

2 Cups Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Milk

Half cup organic raspberries 

1.5 Cups of organic blueberries 

1 Banana

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Chia Seeds for a boost of fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids!

If you’re being really good, add a cup of blended spinach

Top with extra berries! You can choose fresh or frozen berries, and add more or less of any kind of milk you choose depending upon the consistency you like. Blend it all together, and enjoy!
