15 Minute Smooth Barre for Arms, Thighs, and Shoulders with Stretches from Fittbe Barre. Begin with a luxurious and graceful warm up with hamstring stretches. Then move to arm and shoulder work.

Take hold of the barre, as we work our arms and shoulders, plus legs in a 4th position. Finish with some efficient leg moves and more stretches!

The Workout Rundown:

  1. We start warming up our waists with quite a “dancy” upper body warmup
  2. Up next, we will work our legs with an extended plié section with degagé
  3. Then, it’s to the barre (or chair) for thigh work and shoulder work using our light free weights
  4. Triceps at the barre are up next!
  5. We finish with more leg strength in a passé combo at the barre, and at last some flowing round the world stretches!
