This calming and stretchy yoga core is a 28 minute workout to help you elongate and strengthen. We start out with some foot peddles, just rolling through and stretching our feet. As we enjoy the feeling of just dripping forward and letting our backs relax, we will then move into some twists – a position rarely accomplished in day to day life! An added challenge arises as we take on a plank section with leg extensions.
Yoga core with stretches: yogalates
Moving from the bear to downward dog, to some extra strong core work in boat, we’ll continue to enjoy hamstring stretches, with again some much deserved twists, all keeping our core enjoyed. After 28 minutes you will be feeling strong and centered, having worked your core yogalates style, with stretches!
