We put together a few of our favorite teas that we hope you love. And have also included just a few of the many health benefits!
Peppermint Green Tea! May improve metabolism, so have a cup in the morning! Both peppermint and green tea have flavonoids which are powerful antioxidants.
Turmeric Ginger Tea is an all-time Fittbe favorite. Turmeric is an amazing little spice that reduces inflammation! Ginger is also an anti-inflammatory, can help with an upset stomach, and is an excellent stress reliever!
Black tea is one of the most widely drank beverages in the world, according to healthline, and it also features your flavonoids. From a lovely English Breakfast, to an Earl Grey with it’s bergamot oil. It is incredibly delicious with milk. If it’s good enough for Downton Abbey, Yes, please!
Cardamom teas. Our favorites are cardamom ginger for a strong refresh, and cardamom cinnamon tea for a spicy treat. This is a combination which helps in digestion, is wonderful for circulation, and again, the cardamom is anti-inflammatory!
