Kickstart your healthier morning with the best “peanuty” homemade granola!
This homemade granola is absolutely scrumptious. It’s full of protein, and no unhealthy additives! If you make it in larger “clumps,” it’s a perfect snack to pair with your favorite morning beverage.
Ingredients for our Fittbe Favorite “Peanut” Homemade Granola!
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter, softened
1 tsp cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
I/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 Tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped pepitas
Method for making Fittbe’s Favorite “Peanuty” Homemade Granola
Preheat oven to 325°
In a large bowl, add softened peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and Vanilla. Stir to combine. Add oatmeal, peanuts, pecans, chia seeds, pepitas and flax seeds flat on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 min, rotating half way through. Let cool for an hour before enjoying!
