This quick and energizing Pilates Mat workout begins with waist and spine stretches. Next up, we have a plié sequence with our strong swan lake arms. Be reminded that though they look easy, it’s a super move to really work those arms and shoulders. A flowing bear to plank section follows, which really heats up our cores and helps us to engage our shoulders too! After a quick back stretch, we move to a challenging classic core section even including quick free weights. We finish with scissors and oblique twists. All of this in 8.5 minutes if you can believe it!? Way to go everyone!
