Yogalates is an ideal blend of pilates, yoga, and stretching. You’ll find that Fittbe Yogalates is excellent for honing balance, and developing better flexibility, and core strength. It is a bit slower than our Pilates only workouts. We’ve also included stretching only sessions to this collection. Improving flexibility is a very important goal for us all. Releasing tension, and elongating through our muscles as we move will truly lead to injury prevention, a sense of well-being, and all around fitness!
